Dunno what you're after exactly but if it's aftermarket accessories I've dealt with both these guys:

http://www.cyclesector.com they don't put full range on site so I ended up emailing them to see if they could get things in and do a good price.
http://stores.sportbiketrackgear.com/StoreFront.bok STG are really good with their prices. Just getting stuff from them now. Haven't got it yet since one part is still getting made. I need to check up on it on Friday.

After the racetech spring debacle, I'm going to check this mob http://www.hypercoils.com/Products/H...s-Springs.aspx to see if they have suitable rear springs for bikes. Also Sonic Springs have a good selection for front forks, I ordered a set a while back, arrived swiftly, and realistically priced, non-progressive with supplied spacers.

Thanks for the posts guys ill check the sites out.

Im specifically after yamaha parts. My FZR250 needs a new rear disc and i really dont want my wallet getting reamed by red baron if I can help it.

I can recommend Alpha Sports for Suzuki parts too. They will also use USPS (std postal service) which makes the freighting significantly cheaper than the sites which insist on using FedEx or UPS internationally, yet my parts have still arrived within a week.

Have you considered using NZ sources of supply other than Red Baron? eg bits4bikes might have what you want here -

How much money would you save by getting similar from US (once you take into account shipping costs etc)?
And has anyone got anything good/bad or otherwise to say about "bits4bikes" ?

It's your choice to shop round,and sure, go for it, but don't discount bike wreckers.

Bike companies fit the same disc on many different models (I think an early FZR like yours will have the same rear disc of pretty much any Yamaha of the era, and you may save yourself quite a bit.

Take you old disc into your local wrecker, and see what you can find.

Fair question mate.

Heres an answer:
Rear Disc - Bits 4 Bikes $177.11 (member price) + delivery
Rear Disc - Wemoto (ok its a UK site, not US) $123.00 delivered.

To be fair, they are not the exact same Disc manufacturer but they are the cheapest offering from them.

If it was only $20-30 difference i wouldnt bother, but saving 50 squid means I can get the pads to go with em for the price of the B4B disc.

I'm not bashing the local guys but If I can get it cheaper elsewhere I will.

I thought about that but its for a compliance inspection and the guys a bit of a fussy fuck so its a new one I think.
