Welder, guardian gas in Whangarei or around?

good day
I'm looking for a good,cheap guardian gas welding spot in Whangarei or around.
have to cut some metal off, from my rear sideracks on the KLR,and straighten it up and bring it closer to the bike,
maybe need some metalpipes,-pieces and drill holes through it too.
any idea for a place like this,
always hold your mirrows up,
than you doesn"t need a welder,
