    Consumers Rights - one would expect a metal plate to last more than 1 year. Take it to Fair Go...

    I've seen plenty of cages with no front number plate, just some numbers painted on the bonnet to vaguely resemble a number plate.

    They get away with it until they are pulled up. Like I have said, I wasn't pulled up straight away for my plate, it was probably over a year before I got fined for it.
