    WR250Z - first dirt bike

    hey guys,

well ive finally got around to getting my first dirt bike its a 1993 WR250.
first real ride tomorrow but i went for a quick squirt up the beach when i picked it up ... this thing is lethal. ive never ridden a 2 stroke before and i have a funny feeling this bike is going to put me on my arse a fair bit.
does any body out there know any thing about early WR250's? from what i can gather its pretty much the same as a YZ250 of the same era but with a few subtle differences. any info would be greatly appreciated.

hopefully ill be seeing a few of you wellington guys / girls out there.

What would you like to know? Its basically a yz250 with a wider gearbox, diff pipe and a heaver flywheel - more top speed but a less of a hit. They are good bikes - my mate owns a '92.

I know of one with a rooted cylinder - so if anyone know of a cylinder giz a yell
