    Bike choice?

Hi all, I am looking at buying a bike for my learners- I want a dual purpose bike. I have riden lots before off road but the thing is I am 6 foot six and 120kg! I am currently looking at either DRZ 250 or WRF 250, any recommendations for me? dosnt have to be one of the two mentioned bikes..

    Cheers

Whats your favourite colour? Blue, yellow, green or red?

Red definitely goes harder, but we'll get into that later.

You are a good height for a standard WR250F with its 998mm seat height, but the thing to remember is that compared to the DRZ250 they are totally different bike. The WR is a competition bike with hard out 4T engine, the DRZ is a much softer trail bike. I got rid of a Suzuki to buy my WR because it does have an engine far more suited to dirt riding with far better torque no matter what revs its doing and therefore makes traction properly throughout the range with a nice top end hit too. However, the down side is the maintenance requirements, they are not suited to daily commuting or any mundane stuff like that, whereas the Suzuki can handle that even though it will annoy you every time you ride it.

    I would get a Suzuki DR250 or a Kawasaki KLX250.
How much are you looking to spend?
