I heard that lovely rumble of two wheels while pushing a pram and completely ignored the AC Cobra thundering past to watch you. And against all odds, as you were coming by, I nodded and you ... you nodded back. Made my day man and put me back on two wheels on what must have been one of the loveliest days for a ride in a long time. Thanks!

Unfortunately every silver lining has a dark cloud, because the next day while walking the baby some fuckwit on a Gixxer came past there doing 100+ around a blind bend, no gear on his pillion except for a helmet and he had to flick upright and just about into oncoming traffic to avoid the car he couldn't see as he was screaming around the corner.

Mad skills dude to avoid what would have been a messy accident, but it's a Sunday morning and that park is filled with kids that frequently run across the road. Including mine. Don't mind you driving like a dick, but please don't do it where I live. Pick somewhere quiet and far away where you won't take other people with you.

As for the guy taking a bend too fast and managing to avoid Pizza topping all around, hopefully his soon to come accident will be away from others.

Yes we do ride bikes and we do drive cars. But as the verb goes we do also drive our bikes. We drive them in the riding position and use a considerable amount more of driving effort than car drivers do.

Keep that pram on the kerb until you are sure "Mr Accident waiting to happen" is nowhere near.
