Looking to sell RG150 (not working) but need idea on price

    Hi guys,

Just dropping a quick email to get some idea on what I might pitch my RG150 at if I were to sell it. It is a 1998 model and has been out of action for about 3 years. It has been sitting outside all this time also. Bodywork still seems reasonably okay, it probably would not take too much to get it going again (2 stroke engine) but like I say it has not been going for a while now. It stopped kicking over and thats when it was left doing nothing. (Did not want to post this in the Bike Trader forum as I'm not putting it up for sale til I know how I should price this).

Been looking online for prices but all the ones I've seen are in working order and have had motorwork performed on them for racing. Averages about $2000.

Thanks for any help you guys can give me here.

    Cheers,

    Marcel

Sorry mate, I'd be hard pressed to justify more than $500 for an RG150 in this condition.
And I to my motorcycle parked like the soul of the junkyard. Restored, a bicycle fleshed with power, and tore off. Up Highway 106 continually drunk on the wind in my mouth. Wringing the handlebar for speed, wild to be wreckage forever.

I've always wondered why they're so cheap, often selling for the same price as a GN250.
