Brought a good one off T-me a while back. Just go to t-me motors and type in dolly. Under 200 bucks and easily does a 320kg bike.
You can put your bke anywhere with this baby! If you cant find it, get in touch with me.
Cheers! Pete.

You can make a lazy Susan or some type of dolly using ball transfers:

These will take 45kg each,so use however many you need to support the weight of the bike.Fairly low cost too: $ 4 ea

Cant you turn it round before you park it in the garage?? ..... you may however get wet if its raining
It is entirely possible to teach an old blond new tricks!!!
what a dam good idea!
Well that's a nice idea, but my drive is on a steep slope.
Practise practise practise... If you think its going to be a disaster, best you video it for us. Pretty please?
I would imagine it would be possible to turn across the garage door, then back it in? Depends on your steering lock tho, how much footing you have etc.

So here's my choice:
http://www.radardirect.co.nz/new/frameset/ @ $500.63 inc tax & GST
OR
http://www.motorworks.co.uk/bmw/prod...r_text_image=0 @ $279 inc tax & shipping
50% of the cost of the second item is shipping!
It's a tough one!
Maybe I should consider importing in bulk and opening an NZ website and selling these at $395 per unit inc tax and shipping.
I guess that this is one of the problems with having a small domestic market.
But I have decided not to make this market smaller as I need it sooner rather than later.
It is my choice, my right, and my decision.
I would however prefer to pay less.
Just found an old photo of the "turntable" sold by Radar Direct - a nice compact unit.
Just found this one. I like the idea
Buy this and mount it in your garage floor
"I am a licenced motorcycle instructor, I agree with dangerousbastard, no point in repeating what he said."
"read what Steve says. He's right."
"What Steve said pretty much summed it up."
"I did axactly as you said and it worked...!!"
"Wow, Great advise there DB."
