    Anyone need a Wee-Strom?

Yes it's true - I'm leaving the world of 'beasts'. I had hoped that the Strom would be a bike that would give me a tourer that would also scratch my adventure bike itch but for me it's a bit too big to meet either need satisfactorily - too tall and far to reach for my short arms and legs to be a really comfortable tourer and too heavy and large to do anything at all adventurous off-road. So here it is: http://www.trademe.co.nz/Browse/List...x?id=275713082

Looking at getting a naked or semi-naked 600-900 road bike or a 600/650 single adventure bike that I can throw around a bit but still do distance road work on so could be interested in swaps - hopefully with some money my way.

So please buy her - she's a good example - brand new Anakees that set me back $600, lots of extra's - have a look at the link. Negotiable on the panniers as I know I could get good money for them separately.

Lots more photos added on TM. Looks quite good polished up - probably selling too cheap...Click image for larger version.

If you have no interest, get back to me as I would be interested in discussing a price for the panniers and/or Mad Stad, as long as they fit a DL1000.

They are a relatively tall bike, as I was en-route to a bike rally a few years ago, when my SV spat out the oil bung, due to a bad service. Long story short, they met me up the Taupo road and delivered a V-Strom so I could continue my journey. Same! Couldn't touch the ground, and figured i'd wait until I had to stop and worry about it then. Great bike. I ended up stopping and puttin my foot on the kerbing at the interestion, but had no problem with arm length. Good luck with the sale.

It passed in on TM but there was quite a bit of interest. Following up on a couple of opportunities to do swaps and may relist on TM if nothing eventuates.

I've listed it on here now though if anyone is interested. Comes with a Kiwibiker sticker on the screen too - that's got to be worth a lot...

Swapped for an 02 VFR800 . Feels good to be back on a real bike (Honda that is)
