Chain press on a Sunday?

Hi all... anyone have any ideas where i'd get a chain press tool on a Sunday around Porirua? will even hit Wellington/Kapiti... That or where i can get a chain link?

I've always just used vice grips. Need to be a bit careful and take your time. One pin, one 0.01cm, second pin, 0.01cm. Rinse, repeat.
