    Help .....VTR250

    Where can i buy the VTR250 manual?? so i can learn how to do the maintence and oil change etc.... will i find it in the shop or i have to order from somewhere somehow...??

    Is it oil change every 5000km??

    I start my bike today for few mins and then when i change to first gear it stop then i try couple time it did the same ... why is that?? i did open the chuck for start.....

    if the side stand is down when you put it in to gear this can do that, to stop you riding off with the stand down

    5000 sounds about right

    i been looking tho these link but i cant find VTR250 but thanks anyway!!
    Can i use the oil that Car use to put into motorbike?? whats the different?? Or what should i use for my bike??

    NO NO NO don't use car oil. Bike oil and car ones are slightly different, due to the clutch. Get some Motul 5100 Simi syn, they are good

    Hey, hey Johnny...

    I got my Manuel from AMPs for free!! I just asked them if they had an owners manual and they had a spare one floating around. The Honda guys in Barrys Pt Rd had a spare one as well. It's only a wee thing...about 40 a6 pages, so not a huge amount in there, aside from the tip to put the stand up before engaging gear, else it cuts out on you. Hell, I still do that every now and then. Better than polevaulting round a corner anyways.
