An Apology, An Explanation, and A Rant

Ok, well. ahhm. It appears that some my comments like the fact that I like to 'play catch up' and that the 22 is a bit hot for noobs may have caused a bit of angst.

Im not going to blab on about that as there is already 100+ posts in those threads with big globs off poo flying everywhichway.

I apologise that my comments rarked people up. please note that I was refering to myself and not anyone else (that may or may not be considered a noob) for example I have to give a big to the guy on the GN250 (eric I think) who had a really nice ride and didnt try to catch anyone up or ride outside his limits.

What Id like to do is take a moment out to say THANKS to those organising the ride. I had a great time and I think almost everyone did, people only seemed to get a bit worked up when we started talking about it.

Noobs do silly things sometimes (especially me) but thats exactly why we are refered to as Noobs, because we are new.

Everyone had an opinion on the matter and yes everyone loves to rant on the internet (myself included) but its when flame wars and insults start flying that our beloved forum turns a wee bit childish.

    Please dont leave Blakamin
I only posted this because of the global economic crisis

good words, but (not having a go at you directly here), I think this topic has been done to death, and I really think we need to let this go and move on. If you have things to say to someone, pm them. Today is another day, we've learnt, we've ranted, we're moving on.
Not directly at you pyro, to everyone.

    Yawn........... as quasi said.
Although I do understand where you are coming from
To every man upon this earth
    Death cometh sooner or late
And how can a man die better
    Than facing fearful odds
For the ashes of his fathers
And the temples of his Gods
