Did he crash and die?
Haven't you heard. According to statistics hi-viz is the safest thing on the planet. No one dies wearing hi-viz.
If Jesus wore Hi-Viz there would be no Easter.
Hi-Viz is the only thing that stops a Chuck Norris Roundhouse kick.
The only people who survived the titanic sinking wore Hi-Viz instead of life jackets.
Chernobyl is currently contained under a layer of Hi-Viz.

I suspect the scooter rider was unable to pay for boots after paying her ACC levy
That's an act of stupidity that is not perculiar to scooter riders. Saw a bloke the size of a large wilderbeast riding a Harley Ultra down the esplanade/beach main drag at Paraparumu Beach. We had just stopped, parked our touring bikes and perched ourselves outside a cafe and were busy pulling off leggings, padded jackets etc and right by rides this guy....short pants, T-shirt, jandels..and a lid...![]()
