That is a totally unacceptable sheer act of stupidity and the reason my ACC is so high. You should be ashamed of yourself and have your licence taken off you. And your first born.

Did he damage his feet? If not then it is not the reason your ACC is so high, it might be stupid. The reason your ACC is so high is due to Government lies and manipulations.

I wanna see the police directly target peddlys & scooters for once! (Sorry...run a "safety" campaign )

We all see SOOOOO many scooters and peddlebike riders, either not wearing the gear or just riding like complete twats while making up there own version of the road rules....surely the police must notice these dangerous acts as well??...they could make a killing in revenue with a little effort (I mean "educate" so many)

(My personal dislike....failing to yeild at giveways!!!...they just shoot around the corner straight into flowing traffic with the ignorant mind set of "Im keeping left!...if they hit me...its THERE fault!"

And the lack of gear! ...sometimes I just wanna park on there face while explaining the benefits of ATGATT (but new meds have those "impulses" under control...for now!)

Katman is going to fuck you up and make semi-sly comments about your intelligence.
    You foolish, foolish man you.

If you are so worried about people not wearing gear, just give 'em a quick scrub with a cheese grater. That'll fuck 'em.

So sad. Another one that thinks you are only there to make fun of, not to pay attention to. You must be doing something wrong.

    It was a 09 150cc Piaggio Fly,not a slow 50cc Scoot.
And there were many emotional posts on this site almost entirely blaming Nick Smith for the hike in ACC levies. We need to collectively get our own house in order otherwise there will be more enforced regulation..

    up and coming dickheads

In regard to the wearing of jandles,I make myself unpopular when ever I see some young rider on a scooter with no gloves, I pull them over or yell out my van window ,and asked them what is going to hit the ground first if they come off.If mature riders dont wear the gear what mesage is that sending to our up and coming bikers

It is not what you wear, it is how you ride. Seems fairly simple to me. Every single motorbike related ACC claim is due to crashing, not wearing jandals.

And with a helmet on they just think you are some kind of mental. Do you know that more van drivers are injured each year than scooter riders? Maybe they should be pulling you over for a chat instead.

So, lemme get this right: If somebody crashed, wearing jandals, there will be no ACC related claim???

No Berries is stating that if you cant guarentee 100% that you wont have a accident you shouldnt ride at all.
