Stolen: Dick's Motorcycle (Dunedin)

What a first post this is. Anyways, just putting this out there...

Late Wednesday 31st/Thursday 1st My bike was pinched from Salmond College, Dunedin. It was parked under the shelter round the back by the kitchen.

It's a 1988 Suzuki GSX-R 400, black twin pipe model (only year to get that exhaust i believe) The Rego Is 23TWW. some defining features are...
-A small dent in the top-rear-left corner of the petrol tank
-The head lights are pretty temper mental currently, they don't switch past the dull amber park lights (unless the pass switch is held down) making it near impossible to ride at night.
-If you look closely at the windscreen there is a large star faded on, as if a sticker was previously there for a long time.

if you have any useful info that leads to it's recovery, boxes of beer (or whatever) will be gifted.

Ps. sorry for the shit garage photos, they're all i have.

pretty sure I saw that on Kaikorai valley road, mid afternoon in the last couple days, but hadnt seen this post so didnt take much notice. that sucks man. but hey, I got a vfr 400 if you wanna buy it!!!

Was it parked or just cruising along? if it was parked i'll definitely be sending a mate out now.

it was riding along. all i remember is rider hard dark gear on, not that that helps. it was heading towards stuart street, i was going the other way, towards GI/ motorway

The bike tigertim, spotted was apparently an old school 750. I'm hoping that since they don't have a key they ditch it when it runs out of fuel... that said it had a good 200kms in it the night it was pinched.

either that or they kindly return it before i get back to dunedin

the dirty fuck.

Thanks guys. i had another person say they saw it on the footpath out kaikorai valley road again the other day, sitting on the footpath. so i'm definatly hitting that place up every spare moment i get.
