No its not you moron. I was riding a motorcross bike offroad. Go and get your facts straight, before you try to make excuses for doing some really stupid shit. With a comeback like that, is obvious that you thinks its ok to be a dumbarse. If it was not for dickheads with attitudes like that, the road would be a safe place to be. If I see some moron on a motorcycle doing obviously stupid and dangerous riding. I'm quite happy to wipe them out with my van, if they get in the way. However if I see motorcyclists having fun in a relatively safe way, I'll just wave. There are too many retards here that think that they can do what they want, when they want, on a motorcycle. Then some said retards come and bleat about being caught out, by the NZ Police. The reality of the situation is, you do the crime you do the time. But I will say that it's a little strange you think it's okay to say (albeit piss and wind) you will "wipe" someone off the road for not riding in accordance to your rules. As for me thinking it's okay to "do some really stupid shit", many would argue that riding a motorbike isn't the smartest, so I just think people should get the fuck over it when someone else does their own thing such as not wearing the correct gear... Not sure how the fact that you were off road changes anything considering you still obviously had a fair amount of tax dollars your way, being your own reason that the "prices are going up".

Lets get one thing straight. You don't know me, nor does anyone here. There are some that knew me, but there is no one here that knows me now. I think you also need to read my post again, as you are implying things that my post does not state. Pretty petty and poor form, on your part. What I posted before was saying that if I see anyone doing dangerous shit on a motorcycle, thats likely to put other people in danger, I am likely to swat them with my van. I don't understand why you think that one person on a motorcycle, is more important than others who could be put at risk, by that individual's behaviour.

I see your able to take being a dickwad to an utterly new evolved level. Yes I have had tax dollars spent on me, so have many others in the past. Your just crying out your arse if you think that sort of personal attack is going to get you far. I also had open heart surgery as a kid, because without it, I would have died by the time I was 20 years old. The thing you need to realise, is none of it I asked for and all of what has happened was by the hands of others, legislation and moral standards. If you disagree with any of those, so be it, in fact I do also with some of it. But the fact is that you just come accross as a boy who is pissy about the fact that the $ well is drying up, that runs the system. So either build a bridge and get over it, or crawl under a rock and cry me a river.

I don't give a shit about the money, I just like mentioning how hypocritical it is for anyone on this forum to criticize anyone's standards of personal safety, let alone a paraplegic, and all on the basis that they will have to pay more taxes because of it. I'm assuming none of you has ever ridden over 100kph or without a helmet in his/her life..

I ride without a helmet all the time. Every working day on the way home from work, I stop at the corner onto the 7km country road I live down, and if the weathers nice I take my helmet off.

I enjoy the sights and smells of the country, the wind in my hair, and being able to make some minor decisions about my life, and the things I enjoy. I do it just for fun.

I make decisions about risk all the time.

The DUMBEST thing I do, is riding a motorcycle. By any measure it makes me 18 to 30 times more likely to die on the road than if I dove a Volvo. My helmet, when I wear it helps. Its makes me 0.3 times less likely to die.

The dumb decision was hopping on the bike. The helmet is merely the lash in the gears.

So to all the "wear you helmet cos you might crash and cost me money for ACC" posters, just consider this.

The SAFEST way of motorcycling is wearing a helmet, by a 30% margin
The SAFEST form of transport is a Volvo, by a 2000% margin.

If you can prove that you must wear a helmet for safety regardless of personal choice, you have already argued that you should also drive only a car.

I'm in a wheelchair, this has nothing to with it what I'm saying here. I suspect that I've been around for longer than you and your the one who needs to be careful. As your the one who needs to make sure you don't end up some different shade of me. I don't recommend anyone try it, but that is up to you. Although I know that I wouldn't enjoy the fuel bill, if I drive it the way I've been doing Nuremburgring on Xbox 360. Cannot say that I would like the repair bill either, with what I've been doing with some of the rides. The only place I can get my need for speed, although I'm sure it comes out for PC.
