    Flip, just a reminder for ya, if you are coming along on Wed night would you bring that t-shirt with you. If not I'll get it at the weekend, if you can fit it in with all the rest of your gear!

    Sick as a dog at the moment. Thought I would be getting over it by now but it's got one over me. Won't be along on Wednesday unless I have a complete and miraculous recovery in the next 20 hours which is unlikely to say the least.

    I just had a bad cold and it responded to amxocyllin (synermox) very well.

    I have had it for 6 days.

    yeah got antibiotic for boy on tues, huge improvement , still not 100% yet. perhaps its the dreaded 'bike' flu for 2010

    Would seem so, I had something very similar a couple of weeks back, wifey got a flu jab then got sick a few days later and gave it to me. Thought it was all gone about a week later until I went night riding on the mountain bike and left large parts of my lungs behind
