Usually it just involves standing round, talking crap and then heading to the pub, but ocasionally someone brings something along that they'd like a hand with.

Well I have something I need to do to my bike. I have to adjust my headlight, went for WoF and Mr WoFman said it needs adjusting. It will involve using extremely complicated tools like a hammer!! So might wait till next week so someone can help *flutters her eyelids*

Also whilst I'm here, I'm planning on doing a ride round the city tonight (since the maintenance nights don't kick off till next week) was thinking meet at BK (usual time) 6pm for 6.30pm departure, do a loop and then head to the pub, Twisted Hop. Any takers??

What route are you thinking about doing?

Probably going to be stuck at work for a few more hours, but might try to catch up.

Ive got a bike that has a very heavy engine in it. The engine needs removing so if lots of big strong guys can turn up on the 14th that would be great...

If I cant have big strong guys, lots and lots of little ones will do I suppose.

    looking forward to coming along!
My front wheel's been making a funny noise for a bit now, someone said it because of a warp in the brake disk, which may be, but I'm also suspicious of the bearings. Does anyone have a stand I could use when I get there?

Now you are asking!!! Was thinking, only cause I like this route myself, was to go through the tunnel, up Evans and through Sumner, then take the ring road all the way round finishing at the Twisted Hop (or any other pub that you would like)

    Bugger and bum.

Just got home in time only to find I had taken the heated handle bar heaters off the scooter. I got the bike back together but not in time to catch up with you all.

Bugger!! Well, as it turned out there were 4 brave wee souls, myself, Gloplg, Peeteey and MaxF. By the time we got to the pub we were frozen, me thinks it's time to wear the winter gloves!!
