Clint - thanks for offering this event again - I enjoyed last year - have just committed - and yes I will bring sleeping mat for the Sat night - happy to volunteer to be Tail End Charley - hoping to ride my 1150 this time and expect I'll be toward the rear anyway - allowing the more 'spirited' riders to go for it - Cheers Aslan

cheers nothingflash, it's a great ride and has attracted a large number of riders already - I'm conscious I'm not the fastest of riders so hence will opt to be near the back -

thanks Fran - I enjoyed that 2009 DB with you and the rest of the Southern Men - you've captured me attacking a stream (on my forgiving - for me - DR) in the Braeburn if my memory serves me correctly - cheers S

You probably should meet up with Mr Colin 'That looks like fun' for the ride over. You got it, carry your own stuff. With luck we'll be able to round up a few more mattresses out at the station however all but the first 18 to register should bring something to be on the safe side. Be good to have ya along.

Cool! great to have plenty of the regulars along too. Don't worry too much about your pace Aslan, I was actually pretty impressed with how quickly such a large group moved on the last MMMMM.

    Cheers

I'm hoping to do the MMMM on the 950 if I've got the rear shock sorted out.

[Sleeping bag & wet weather gear, reckon the KLR will handle it? ]
Haha yes it struggles or more accuratly the rider does. KLR does spend quiet a bit of time parked at the side of the track... waiting while we put orange bikes back together .
Kidding. was more thinkin if my other half is still in NZ she will prob want to come. As she won't get on the bike in that temp the thought is we could throw some of the gear into the cruiser and she meet us at the stops.
