He got to a pub and someone got out of a car and said "I'm an off duty police officer and I saw you do a burnout". Not long after that, a marked patrol car showed up, followed by a tow truck. His car got impounded for 28 days and he got charged with sustained loss of traction. That cop was clearly out to get him for no real reason. I know my mate very well and I know for a fact that he doesn't sit there doing massive skids with one foot on the brake and the other foot on the throttle.
You're having laugh aren't you? "It's not modified at all except for a set of lowering springs" & "He was driving down the road one day and lost a bit of traction" I'm laughing so hard I'm crying!!!! Make sure you tell your mate to say to the Judge "Sir I'm not a boy racer" that always gets you off the charge, honest!

It has standard rims, standard exhaust, standard sound system. It's only lowered slightly as well. He wasn't peeling a big skid, he just gave it slightly too much throttle on a slightly damp road. It has an open diff as well so it spins up without even trying, being a manual 325i.

    It's an e36, I think it's a 1992 model. It doesn't have traction control.
