Calling all Suzuki gurus! Help needed

Hi Guys,

Have a guy that bought an RGV 150 air cooled rocket (2000 model) and it has dropped a piston blah blah.. usual 2 stroke damage.. needs re bore and 1st O/S piston

Problem is there are no kits available anymore for the air cooled machine.

Poor kid only had it for 2 half hour rides before it popped, broke student, so any advice / second hand parts etc would be much appreciated (will pay money or favours in return!!)

hmm, look into kits for other 150cc 2 strokes. compare original bore and stroke dimensions for similar models, and the sizes of the os pistons in the kits that exist for other bikes, you will probably find that there is somethign you can slot in that comes as a kit for something else

Yes, you will need the same height above the piston pin also.
