Previous thread here. http://www.kiwibiker.co.nz/forums/sh...eck-protection Good info there, I won't rewrite what I had already written but I had a Evs adventure found it really good but went to the Leatt Adventure for the reasons stated in the other thread and the fact that torpedo7 had an offer I couldn't resisit. I find it better than the EVS not so much from the protection angle but from ease of use and its not so restrictive and hot to wear.
Had to do a small $50 mod to my Armour but its all in the previous thread.

Probably sell the EVS for a couple of hundred if anyone is interested its in really good nick, Straps unused and packers unused.

have to be more worth spending money on than any of the other gear except your helmet
came pretty close to doing somthing bad to my head or earlyer this year and was only in first gear locked the rear going down a slippery clay thing bike spun around and came off backwards downhill landed on back of my head in a ditch probably wouldnt have taken much more to have been a serious injury rather than being a bit stunned and sore

i have said some peices before about neck braces, some braces fit different people better, make sure you get one fitted properly, or at least take the time to read the instructions and fit it properly yourself, we stock and sell the leatt, a stars and evs, they have different features and pros/cons, find the one that fits you properly,
