wish we hadnt gone now witnessed a very nasty accident ..just hope the guys ok .....he was wearing a EVS neck brace thank god with out it im sure the outcome would have been fatal ..first thing we are gonna do this week is buy a neck brace....They work people seen it first hand

I too wish we hadnt gone to Patetonga, that was my mate who got flown out to Waikato Hospital on Saturday. Mike O'Gorman, known as ARVEN here on KB. Arven is in a medically induced coma, he is in a stable but very serious condition, he has suffered lung damage and serious head trauma. Doctors say that he probably wouldnt have survived without his neck brace.

There have been some positive developments over the last 24hours but it is still touch and go so all your best wishes are appreciated, Mike, his fiancee Lisa and their families need all the well wishing and support we can give.

Wear neck braces people, they DO save lives.

Keep fighting Arven! Your gonna pull through mate.

I think Arven is known by more of you Road guys than the Dirt KBers from when he use to hoon around with you lot in his R6 and R1 days.
