Selective reading i see, i said most things are common sense and also happen to be a law....but speeding on a motorway has nothing to do with murder and theft! Seriously, look at what i said....

And yes those laws you mention are still inconvenient for murderers and rapists so they are probably on their own KIWIRAPIST forum bitching about them as well.... iam here complaining about traffic related bullshit, so not sure why you mention those.

If the latter then I too know of stupid laws.

And I'd even buy my own bullets if everybody else decided they were indeed 'stupid' laws and repealed them..
I cannot speak for 90% of population so yes unfortunately its only the ones I think are stupid....

Goverment creates these "laws" for their own benefit so how does petitioning them going to help anything?
Laws are created for the benefit and safety of the MAJORITY ... by the Goverment voted IN by the Majority.

Don't like those laws ... live someplace ELSE ...

Petioning Goverment raises attention to said laws ... and if enough support is gained ... a law CHANGE can be made, then again if NO support is given ... the petioner looks like a complete dick ...

Give it a whirl ... what have you got to lose ... ???

You see, i wish i could believe that first sentence but i cant....some laws are created to benefit minority or to benefit goverment themselves so how can i believe in rest of the laws? Also how can i believe in laws that even our mighty police doesnt follow?

Ok sorry for confusion, thats what i meant...since we are talking about speeding/traffic related laws and offences, but as i said i dont need a law to tell me not to stab you or rob gas station, thats a matter of personal integrity/common sense.

There is a BIG difference in "90% of the population" thinking it's a stupid law ... and those just YOU find stupid ( .4,000,000 % ??? ... )
