    Yup.... 300kph is really relevant to a pushrod, air cooled V Twin dinosaur with nearly 40 years of continuous production made by a villiage in a little town in northern italy ...

    No seriously, look at their target market and where this bike is aimed (vain fat middle aged plonkers with more money than sense - like me - except the bit about money) pt

    No seriously this time. I'm not a huge fan of the looks of the bike but good on them. They are getting good reviews which is nice for a change.

    Not sure if it's the colour or the angle of the photo but I think it looks much better in the red and without the screen.

    Who would want a bike with the heads sitting out the sides anyway, slows it down
    In a word "Cooling"

    Guzzi like BMW had their barrels out like that for cooling.
    You have to remember that they are air cooled.
    And a lot of bikes that are air cooled when pushed hard, had over heating problems.
    Like the Duke's and HD's the heat from the front cylinder would wash over
    the back cylinder.
    In a inline 4 the middle 2 cylinders would get hotter than the outer 2.
    So to counter this, let them hang out to catch as much cool air as they can.
    It works so well that a lot of guys get a milk mess in their rocker covers.
    When riding slow or on the colder days.
    Because the motor does not get hot enough to evaporate the moisture out
    of the motor.
