On a Motorcycle you're penetrating distance, right along with the machine!! In a car you're just a spectator, the windshields like a TV!!

'Life's Journey is not to arrive at the grave safely in a well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, totally worn out! Shouting, ' Holy sh!t... What a Ride!! '

    Tears of pure joy

I heaved just worked my way through endless pages of love, fun and laughter that has successfully got my bawling my eyes out.

I am so overwhelmed. I am so in love with you all, I am so faaarking lucky.

I can not control these tears that poor so heavily after all of your comments. I am officially the happiest, luckiest and richest girl around to have you all in my life, and I truely couldn't be more overwhelmed or touched in my heart.

I am home - lying in bed so very awkwardly, trying to see the screen and typing with one hand.

I am alive and better than I have ever been in my entire life. Broken leg (I believe there are pins in it somewhere, broken arm, broken and fractured back and neck. And have never been so happy. My halo is screwed into my skull to prevent paralysis, am I am completely exhausted from walking on crutches all day with my broken bones, and holding the weight of the halo up with my neck. Happy to be in my bed? Hell yes as soon as I get off this computer.

I am crying. I am happy. I am so honored. I couldn't be more touched. I have the most incredible friends and family a person could ever ask for.

What happened? My memory is not proving to be helpful there. Will I ride again? Yes, and all going to plan it will be my beloved R6. Will I take my time? 100% yes. I now need to learn how to walk again and my eyesight has been fuzzy since the accident. One small step after another. I am off work until the halo comes off and unfortunately I will be lucky if I sill have a job to go to. My pups were well looked after, thanks Mairs!!! My mum has moved from Auckland as live in help for a few weeks, and I cant stop smiling.

To my family,my friends with me the first few days (one in particular who I believe I owe my life to - you know who you are) the rescue teams... Thank you from the bottom of my heart. You did not give up on me in searching. 5 hours til rescue is a feeling i cant describe (more hours than the papers have mentioned). Its because of all of you I am here, and I know how close a call this was for me).

Will write again soon but am so exhausted and need to get the pressure off this brace.

My heart is yours. What a ride so far huh? Drugs are gooooood.

    xxxooo
