Hi All,

Found the following web page and was wondering if there is a variation on this argument that applies to us.

http://legalworkshop.org/2009/06/22/...discrimination

Just to frame this a little better what I am talking about here is a consistent set of policies over many years that exhibit a pattern of passive discrimination against the motorcycling fraternity. That is, that the decisions of policymakers in this country have been consistently and overwhelmingly negative for NZ motorcyclists to the point where a case could be made that discrimination against the motorcycling community is endemic.

So am I just paranoid or are they really out to get me? Who can give me the examples of "affirmative action" that policymakers have embraced over the last 20 years? Does the evidence exist to the point where a discirmination case could be lodged against the NZ government?
