sickening video, it was talked about yesterday on vitalmx, Glen Helen practice on a thursday is probebly the single most scariest thing i have seen, when i went there four years ago there were quads, 65cc, novice riders and pros like Andrew Short and David Villiman all out at once,

apprantly now there are no quads allowed,

i can not beleive they do not run flag marshals, or a light system like harrisville

That could have ended a hell of a lot worse than that. Lesson of the day never stop in the middle of the track.

Marshalls are worth their weight in gold at any track event.

WOW that guy was lucky.. if he had stopped another meter further forward that bike would have come down right on top of him ..instead of just clipping him

You missed all the good stuff then!!! Townley landed on a guy that had crashed on the new Caddie table top deal, guy is KO'd!! Snoring when I got to him... Poor Ben is shaking, thinks he killed the guy... So the guy comes too and is speaking Jibberish, Ben starts losing it on the track guys about the safety of the track and dumb things they have out there... Track worker turns around and says " dont come here and ride then, you know its a dangerous sport"... Talk about WOW! Nearly everyone was done after that incident!

It seriously shook Ben up!! I felt bad for him, couldnt believe what the track guy said to us though!! Then I recommended they put a guy in the blind spots to make it a "little" safer... Next lap low and behold there was a guy on top with a flag!! Damn I would have made a mean Rocket Scientist!!

Its not the guys fault or Ben's , its the owner/operators of GH track, as Scott said where are the flag marshal? whats with watering the track while your riding, I guess you don't lose track time while they water it.
Why would you ride that long and that gnarly stuff if you don't have to, Its what we do, we love it.

Maybe BT should interview this guy? Could be interesting.
