Commerce commission complaint sent. You must disclose this information that he was clearly aware of, the fact he did'nt is completely illegal, and worse because he's a dealer.

    Fucken wankstain.

I hope he gets charged to the full extent, and loses his trading licence.

What a piece of shit man. Caught out big time lying, for the same bike over and over again.

Dunno, who cares they can only ban him, and he'll open another account. The commerce commission will rape him in the arse.

    snip.......Crash due to unexperienced rider

    From the Ducati ad

Un experienced , so the rider gained then lost experience ?

Anyway there is a huge trade in crashed bikes, what would u get for a duke engine?

IF the sum of the parts easily outweighs the purchase price I wouldn't have even gone to look at it

but if I was going to rebuild it ,,, then me fine tooth comb comes out

Ive seen bike such as an Xj 400 , where its been crashed and worn away the fins on the head ( see out roads and u will see how it could happen ) and some one has rebuild the fins up,,,,filed then down ,,,Did a REALLY good job,,,,, we almost didn't realize it had been crashed until we looked closer , One new lever is usually a give a way

Buyer beware , all good fun till someone gets hurt!

    Stephen

PPS just had a look at the Hung-low ( not going to trawl through old post but didn't someone say frame was bent , ) if you look at the gap between fairing and tyre its a bit close my alarm bells would be ringing about now !

    twas an example .......

but even then 2 levers not looking the same even a little , gets the curious juice a flowing , odd angles on the hero blobs. Paint mis match on engine cases ,,, there are some tricky people out the to which the world would be a nicer place if they wernt !

I think the repeated use of the word "leaver" (leave 'er) must be a Freudian slip.

    so where is onearmedbandit,bsasuper,cj,scooute rebuttles????

this guy is fulll of it, he had a gsx650 i think a few months ago and he said it didnt look crashed just that something had dropped on it yet there was some serious rash on the engine cases, for those interested in the zx10 i no the history of that bike and have posted a question on the auction which should answer most peoples questions to the damage it previously had ( providing he actually answers it.......)

Here it is, thankyou to nonplussed for bringing this to the attention of those here at KB, I also like putting jigsaws back together! but this crowd seem to like to hide the facts and keep the fun of it from those who intend to purchase. whilst the questions and answers in these auctions are entertaining this guy is the king of the "used salesman" stereotype, something the honest ones dont need!

can you cc a copy of that question on here please?

there is also another blatant lie in his q&a. no dealer in his right mind will ever purchase a vehicle without a VIR (in fact its a legal requirement to have this paperwork to prove there is no security interest in it), and this will have given him the full registration/ownership history of the bike.......

hi i can provide some details on this bike for those in question, i was un aware that it had been stolen recently but it orginally come from Star insurance and was a write off hence the re reg, it got certified so was checked that everything was straight, it appeared to have been hit from behind or been looped out, subframe, rear disc, mufflers, gas tank and rhs foot rest were replaced, as well as all fairings with after market ones.its also a 2007 model reg`d 08 for those not familar with zx10rs

thats what i posted on trademe, also rear rim had a slight bump which got repaired by wheel & frame, it has been all checked out so is definitly safe to ride, just crap the way he is advertising it acting stupid.
