Bud racing cylinder heads

Just sitting here contemplating whether or not i should throw some money at my CR125 to make it silly fast, and was looking at bud-racing.com.au

They have aftermarket cylinder heads on there - any thoughts/experiences with the performance gains one might expect from fitting such an item?

id say the money would be better spent upgrading to a 250

Or both and going newer, all at the same time.... your 01 is a few years old now and with the prices of those bud head's (if I'm correct) and the low low second hand bike prices lately you could likely make a decent upgrade in bike for similar money.

bud heads are good, but they are there to up compression that will bring your piston life down,

as Rupe says above, service your suspension, it will make you much faster
