ha sounds like my kinda event!!!

Lotsa old farts (like me) and lotsa women ( all natural virgins with flowing locks to I see??)!! DID I read that right? YEHaaaa!! Good call Scott!

I'm in the right age bracket now who the hell can give me the 20 years experience I missed out on!!!
On a Motorcycle you're penetrating distance, right along with the machine!! In a car you're just a spectator, the windshields like a TV!!

'Life's Journey is not to arrive at the grave safely in a well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, totally worn out! Shouting, ' Holy sh!t... What a Ride!! '

Sweet, I'll be keen on this one.

Must say off topic Ardmore was premo on the weekend, good track, and it seems everyone was either at Scotts Mangatawhiri meet or at tall the other meetings that wre on.

Look forward to the vet nats anyway

how does one qualify for this, do you have to be able to ride reasonably well, I know there are some very fast vets around in the 50+
Why would you ride that long and that gnarly stuff if you don't have to, Its what we do, we love it.

Yeh mate have the same concerns, hence my 20 years experiance comment.
I've never done any MX racing (not even the Maize paddock ones) so don't want to get in the way of the good guys who want to have a good race!

last round of the Fun day MX on the 23rd, good warmup, come along you will enjoy it. then when PMCC move to Mercer over winter, thats a good track to get more practice in, If we can enter Im keen if you are.

but then Im just a silly old bugga try to revisit one's youth, couldn't ride then.

get to line up mabe with the likes of Tony Cooksley, if he's racing, Darryl King not 50 is he.

you can not get day liceinces for a national championship unfortunatly,

the farm it is being held is the same place the 1st round of the funday mx was on, but it is up in the hills behind, it will be a pretty cool track
