    Good shed day today

Well don't know what it's like in other places in Godzone but here in Nelson it is grey & shitty.
So gonna spend some time in the shed & not feel guilty of missing out on the sunshine.

I got some decals from the signwriter yesterday. Cost $38 for 1.5 m strip of stickers made up. I was thinking that a few years ago before everyone had the new printer machines it would have cost a fortune to get some made locally. More than likely it would be cheaper to get from O/S.

    Anyway anyone else pottering around?

Yup, grey & shitty here, & Mandy's gone off to the food show. So a great time to pull the BMW out & find out what causing the oil leak from the bell housing. Got to remove the gearbox. Fun, fun, fun.

Yes Padmei it is raining here in Richmond too . Can't think of anything to do to the KLR cos it should all be good. After 6 weeks of rest and recouperation everything should be healed by now.

I was thinking not very seriously of seeing if I could get up Hurricane hill with my near bald rear knobbly, but just may drag the Benelli out and stare at it for a few hours, make a plan of what to do next then put it all back under the bench and forget what I was going to do until the next rainy day.
I mentioned vegetables once, but I think I got away with it...........

It's just starting to have a few spits here on the North Shore of Auckland.

I'm thinking about heading down to Repco to get one of those portable lights you can hang on things. The "shed" has good lights, but sometimes you need just a little bit extra when your trying to look in sideways at something.

Greased swingarm and suspension bearings today. Great to have grease under the finger nails again.

I did the same thing yesterday but had gloves on.
Reassuring to know they looked as good as they were a year ago.
