Both are crap on loose metal roads.
Test ride both ... decide for yourself ...
When life throws you a curve ... Lean into it ...
I own a Street, and have ridden an America. I'd take the Street everyday, but then again, that's the riding style I like at the moment. You're hard pressed to find a better all round bike that will put the same sized smile on your dial when riding the Striple though.
Than again, I may be slightly biased.
"It would be spiteful, to put jellyfish in a trifle."\m/ o.o \m/
Not ridden the America, but then again, it's really not my style. I had a Street Triple and loved it. Awesome bit of kit (and plan to replace it with another in due course). I can def recommend one. Best way though is to just test ride both and see which you prefer.
R.I.P Street TripleMoral of the story? Don't think a Triumph dealer will look after your P&J anymore than anyone else would
I am a little biased, but dont forget the Bonnie.
Great bike.
I love mine to bits
A couple of the guys in the TOMCC have one & they agree.
hmm well i have now test ridden the speed master and a big nup from that one.. rode a yummy monster first sport style bike i have ridden.. well i rode two actually cant get over how nimble they are compared to cruiser...but also rode a harley sportster 1200... that was a buzz too..... lol
wonder what an iron is like to ride
i havent tried a bonneville i not sure how comfy the seat would be??? all straight
A girlfriend once asked " Why is it you seem to prefer to race, than spend time with me ?"
The answer was simple ! "I'll prolly get bored with racing too, once i've nailed it !"
Bowls can wait !
