    i like my friends too, and also my bike!! friends are one of the most important factors in our life i think. sometime can even share the joy and pain, which is greatful when you need it!!

    I'll catch you soon enough but on me it will be all muscle as I only have like .07% body fat if I remember from weight traning a few years ago. Have to find my notes on that and see if I can figure out what I'm at now... probably not much more.
