I know I'm off work sick today, but things look very wrong. The springs are pointless as it is all welded up! Plus the main chamber looks very small, I'd say it has a super narrow power band!

I remember those 3-1 chambers on Suzukis and Kawa triples - personally the single chamber per port pipes are the way to go on a stroker.

Those 2 into 1 pipes .... not a high-performance option ... midrange only with that sort of setup - and a raspy exhaust note. They are a blunt instrument.

This is OK in Japan, where traffic speeds are so slow; the midrange is more important. This is why they proliferate over there.

I just have to say. You (Two Stroke Shop) are gods.

If I can ever afford to I will buy a TSS500. Please continue making them for the next 15 years or so.

I had a GT550 with a cycleworks 3-1 sounded ok and went a little better than std pipes

Sounded way better to, I had the same bike (J model) with the same exhaust, at one stage between us we had 3 GT550 and I think they all had 3-1

Those pipes are probably not much worse than the US market pipes fitted with the CAT converters. I think Ill pass on them

Could you join 2 stroke pipes together at the stinger if you wanted a cool exhaust sound ?

My knowledge of tuning stink wheels is very limited..

Plonker I bought an RGV off a long time ago told me to be careful of the powerband, reckoned it spat him off at 160km/h down the main straight at Ruapuna. I knew he was talking shit but as the exhausts were mint I commented that he must have replaced them, to which he replied that he had taken the 2 into 1 system off it and put aftermarket exhausts on (which clearly had SUZUKI stamped on them...).

Must of been a relation of the clown that had a T500 race bike bitsa for sale tears ago. "Its got all the hot cams and everything done to this engine" I was told in his shed sorounded by Eagle Pictures, American flags and live to ride crap............................And a shovel sportster with the engine in bit as it had been for many years

Have no idea how a old two stroke race bike was in his shed, It was hidden in the wood shed with a cover over it tho, Bloody jap crap

Of course. When they've been fitted with the race-spec flux capacitor, they need the hot cams as well.

Section 24b - Subsection 3d - Fittment of Flux Capacitors (Either Road or Race versions)

On 2 or 2.5 stroke engines of 350cc or greater the fittment of Flux Capacitors is banned, unless the exhaust camshaft has been removed. On machines 349cc or less Flux Capacitors are permissable, either with or without the exhaust camshaft fitted.

Just have to get some asbestos tassles and some hooks welded on it to look the part
