Anyone got a worksop manual for the mighty honda GL145?
Or. anyone know the following
The valve clearances

Then I could get a Kb Tshirt, move to Timaru and become a full time crossdressing faggot
I don't think there is such a thing. A CB125s/SL/TL manual is pretty much interchangeable for most items. They are available on the interweb
just found the original owners manual stuck inside the side cover!
what would you like to know?
front fork air pressure under normal conditions:
20 - 60 kpa, 3 - 8 psi
low pressure for soft ride, high for harder obviously
spark plug:
NGK D8EA, 0.6 - 0.7mm gap
points gap:
0.3 - 0.4mm, 0.012 - 0.016 in.
valve clearances cold:
In. 0.05 mm, 0.002 in
Ex. 0.05 mm, 0.002 in
no mention of fork oil level though.. I changed the fork oil in this one last night.
measured the existing air gap with spring out and fully compressed = 210 mm from top of fork to oil level.
i put new oil in to 140mm from top of fork, springs out, fully compressed and it feels fine.
i got the 140 mm from a service manual for the old XR hondas and they listed 140mm for the forks with 'air assist' so I just thought i'd try that.
it feels ok to me.. 0 psi in the forks.
suspension experts feel free to chime in and tell me if i've done it wrong!
there's even a wiring diagram in the back page if anyone needs that.
cheers.

I'm just waitin for the engine i bought off Renegade Master to turn up here. might need some of this info if anyone knows where there's an online/PDF document?
Me too, I'd pay for it. Searched everywhere for that manual and I'm pretty sure you may have one of the only English copies left in the world.
...Full throttle till you see god, then brake.
