    Gutted

Just had a thought mate (took me by suprise as I dont get them often)
If you got the missing parts why not try listing the tank (trademe) to see if you get any bites.... but make the price something stupied so no one in their right mind will actually buy it... but then say your open to offeres - might also be a good idea to say the rest of the bike is stuffed....

    its only a thought....

You could even say that to someone asking if it fits to give you the serial number (or last 4 dig) of the frame and you can let them know from that? (double sneaky)

ill list it for you if you like, im in gisborne and my trademe account says so to suit... would cause less suspicion if its not listed from the same area

That sucks know the feeling though and you have my sympathies for what it's worth, I know it is a gut wrenching feeling.
We had five (yes five) stolen out the gargae one night.... no insurance either although in the end managed to get the house insurance to cough up somethng towards it. Hope somebody catches some of these bastrads one day. They need a realy good beating.

You only need two tools in life - WD-40 and Duct Tape.
If it doesn't move and should, use the WD-40.
If it shouldn't move and does, use the duct tape.
And now a third thing a bloody big gun to shoot theives with!
