Not that exciting really - just a bit embarising for me. Just dont try and write on a peice of paper while riding. Too much time looking at the Adv's glovebox and not enough the road. Lets just say it was a good thing I had barkbusters on cause the mirror would have caused a bit of pain in my left hand and probably a second clutch issue for the weekend. All I needed to remember was 0.8. I remember it really well now!

I'm pretty happy with the outcome cause I looked up about a second before and though I was going to go down the road. Maybe it should become a new ADV sport - smashing mirors with barkbusters while trying not to fall off. The ADV version of letter box baseball.

    Cheers R

    P.S. still no bill from the guy . . . . . yet!

    Gas

Hi guys the pics look great cant wait,
To those fellas that did the test ride a couple of weeks ago did anyone take note of the greatest distance between gas stations, would suck to have to push the old girl over that awsome terrain when I would rather ride.
    More show than go

The distance between gas stops and the hours gas stops are open is all part of the planning. I'll put a table of distances up on my website soon. Generally less than 200km between stops some areas as little as 120 and one leg of about 270ish but gas is available about 100km in by going 8km of the route. Gas can be an issue for the one day riders given the hours they are out an about.

    Cheers R
