Cheers Joe, I'm a 'probably' for now depending on what's left of my bike after the MMMMM ride next month
Learn basic maintenance as motorcycle boots are not comfortable for walking in

Joe, the calendar thing keeps signing me up. You might want to fix it, or you won't keep track of real numbers.

As for me, it will have to be a last minute decision. Pretty keen, but I've got some other important shit happening around that time.

Bugger, the same weekend as the Single Speed MTB world champs otherwise I'd be there for sure as it sounds great. Y'all have fun.

    .
I've been caught with that, if you copy the calendar link after signing up yourself then everyone who clicks on the link in your 1st post gets signed up. You need to de-register yourself, copy the link in to your post again then re register.

    Cheers

Definitely keen, especially if it starts from home (wainui). Where is the route finishing, and is it possible to then do the route in reverse to get home?

at this stage day 1 will be starting in wainui, with a north bound loop and finishing at masterton. day 2 starts masterton, finishing at masterton with a north bound loop on the east coast.

you wont be able to back track on day one as gates will be closed and locked behind us..

I see there are few Aucklanders and Waikato lads heading down to JMJ's ride, any plans for a bit of an adventure ride and back roads going down Friday? Catch up and ride together?

JMJ first thank you for putting this post up!

I am interested but wonder how big bike friendly the route will be?

Will the gates be wide enough for me with my panniers on!!
