I feel a bit sorry for the guy, and I'm hardly the compassionate type.

I got to 160kgs on the 'give up basketball and eat pies diet' - before turning it around and shedding 50kgs in the last 18 months. The dark lord of motorcycle importers called me 'slim-ish' today.

At least matie gets out and rides and has a life (albeit a short one - say 160 on 200?). I'd like to talk to him for 10 minutes. And he has a cool bike.

Good effort mate, I used to be almost that, and lost about 30kgs in 3 months with lots of hard work. That was in 2001, haven't lost anything since But, back at gym now so hopefully in 5 or 6 months, people will confuse me with White Trash's handsome brother
