The wife's new car hates my bike.

After having got the Cagiva together again, I decided to go out for a ride to test it and to deliver beer to the k'b'er that helped me with it. That and I wanted to get a blat in before the weather packs in.

I hauled the bike out of the garage and fired it up, and the misses car gives a warning chirp. 15 seconds of idle later and her car alarm lets rip full wail. Sod it, I don't have the keys for it with me so the simple thing to do is just put my helmet on and go, solved.

    What? ... I can't hear you.

Na, just meant that the good wife had to get up from watching tv, get the keys and blip the remote.

Oh yeah, the next funny bit for you might be that I got growelled at this morning. She couldn't find her car keys after she moved them the other night!

I've got it now, the car keys fit your bike. No wonder the alarm went off !

...oh to be a fly on your wall. Most amusing. Please thank her from me. You owe her breakfast in bed tomorrow morning.
