The place works nicely for me. I don't OD on going there, but The Chicken and Pear Salad and an orange juice is just right for a working lunch and it's a good place to do motorcycle business.
Apart from that - it's just a cool place to hang - surrounded by motorcycles and cool stuff.
If you can't appreciate the finer points of it all - they won't miss you. :-P

Sooo there should be a second bike/cafe... Planted firmly on an amazing riding road and/or next to a track... With a dyno out back of the 'cafe' and by cafe I mean serves anything you can fit on a bbq and anything you would take to the beach in a chilly bin or drink after 6 hours in the twisties...

And for bikes there should be anything as long as it is insane in some way (looks/rarity/speed/tendency to kill owners or flip over backwards).
Yet still with a slightly classy atmosphere similar to DEM.

Myyy idea, now someone please go do it!
