Perhaps there is not enough fairies in Nelson land to be able to write fairy tales?

    Nelson?

It's FULL of fairies, nutsos, fruit-loops and hippies.

Hence why I moved out never to live there again.

OK...just to make YOU feel better I shall go out again tomorrow and search for the wicked evil policeman who has nothing better to do than pick on me.
I have a feeling, as even in times of naughtiness I have always found the policemen to be courteous and pleasant, it shall not be an easy task and I may need to go out again the following day. I shall do this but only to make you happy.

Though I am thinking that should I be pulled over, the policeman would be friendly and courteuous, though that may have something to do with my own attitude.

They are only stopping jews and homos.
Who could care less if they get stopped 10 times a day.

Buggar this obsession about needing a reason to stop them. Some of them would get away with it if ya couldn't just stop em at will.

How nice for you. I have never been less than unfailing polite and civil to cops at the roadside. The reverse is not true. The cops are pretty damned good at dishing out 'attitude' unprovoked, despite plentiful claims that it's only ever a response to the same initiated by the other party.

The interesting thing is that due to the public backlash, the top cop(s) here have changed their tune in the papers and are now selling it as an opportunity for two-way communication. Up until then it's only been described as paperwork checks and a lecture.
    Cheers,

No surprises that you don't get on with Hippies Scummy.
Often referred to as the most advanced civilisation we have seen.
Brought us the Civil Rights Movement, the Peace Movement, Computors and on and on.

I'll have a scotch for you before dinner.
Atheism and Religion are but two sides of the same coin.
One prefers to use its head, while the other relies on tales.

Who sez I don't get on with hippies??

I just don't like too many of them around me in the company of fairies, nutsos and fruit-loops.

And I'll try a Yankee whisky while I'm here in their land , ducking hippies left, right and middle here in Bakersfield.

I've lived all my life and not seen many a hippie....not seen a single fairy but nutcases and old biddies....hell yes - they come in abundance.

On topic - went out of my motorcycle this afternoon, saw myself 5 nice little highway patrol vehicles....and not one of them pulled me over for a chat. I must have really strong B.O.!!!

    We all asked for it.

On a slight tangent, how about this thought.

We all bang on about how th gubbermint should stop doing enforcement and improve driver standards by education.

So, imagine this. The Popos in Nelson start stopping motorcyclists to educate them.

Then we all whinge about being stopped for no reason.

    Go figure.

    Good troll....

Who said we all asked for it..at all?????.
Motorcyclists have never been more educated.....If we look at past training regimes.
It would appear on the face of it that more training/education=more accidents!.
How can we/you/us expect the average constable to educate a motorcyclist at the road side in less than a couple of hours???. Considering that the average constable follows average road trends and does not, nor never has ridden a motorcycle?.
This is not about education....a much over used word these days if you ask me!.
    I can smell you....

In regard to education, I have always learned from my bins......................so I have a policy of deliberately falling off every few months, just for the education value.
