Well, not quite yet, but it wont be too long

Picked up that well maintained red KLE5hundy that was on T me over the last 2-3weeks.
Colin, the previous owner really looked after it, and even with the high milage(130k), you would believe it unless you did a record search.
Two owners, NZ new, and.........(drum roll please), goes like a scolded cat. Alot of time went into air flow/fueling and exhaust, allowing the old girl to pull like a shool boy, and pull past an indicated imperial ton. (Fatty barely gets there, and is slower getting there).
Main thing is she can join you motely buggars on rides again.
Willl post some pics when I a, I get the pix software reloaded into this clunky old laptop. b, work how to post pics again since the site upgrade.

If that's Colin in Paeroa ,you got a good'n. If it is Colin,he had 2 , what happened to the other one.

I have looked at those before, there's quite a bit of guff on the net where people have made considerable improvements in power delivery just by tweaking the airbox, exhaust and headers.

HAve seen that one on TM too, i reckon it was a good deal. If it's at MMMMM i might have to check it out.

Thats the bloke. His wife Debbie still owns the other KLE. Fantastic couple, and know the same charactors that I occassionaly rode with through the eigthies. Hell, they even know jelly wrestler, but then again, who hasn't had the pleasure of associating with such a fine example of m/cycle foklore. (dance of the flaming arsehole ring a bell). Gumby, Jango.......ahhhh, them were the days.
