Yep it is ...iam sure it was accidental, i was parked kind of close to the scooter and he clipped me with hadle bar...

Yeah i heard lots of bikes got stolen out the back...but that was year or so ago.

yeah there is a sign up out back saying use your steering lock, 1 bike has already been stolen, dont lose yours!

i know who parks to me everyday so if i get scratched, I know!

Although thats out the back of 41-45, not sure what 31 is like.
