well either way good to know how it works...still there was no reason for me being pulled over in a first place apart from "checking up on bikes/coming up with reasons for ticket" but at least i wont loose any more points of my by then brand new squeaky clean licence

Seriously its just stupid to get $400 fine maximum for no endorsment....vs. getting $400 for no L plate (used to be) $400 for riding 250+ cc and another fine for possibly riding at night and all the corresponding demerits which add up to pretty much suspension right away.
whether it's retarded or not, it's they way it is, yet you still couldn't comply. Fail.

Correct? Or is it all up to MR.Judge to decide since i wanted court?

Probably bit hard to know...but will be interesting how it works out...
Ixion and Red Mermaid are correct. Only the highest points from one offence arising from one incident are recorded. Losing in court on the remaining alleged offence will not affect your demerits as the 35 demerits for the >250cc will have already been recorded from that incident, since you paid, which is an admission of guilt.

See Land Transport Act 1998 Section 88 (3).
If it wasn't for a concise set of rules, we might have to resort to common sense!

i dont like to comply with stupid rules...just because thats the way it is, it might be fail but not conforming to the nanny state crap makes me happy on the inside

Who are "they" to tell me i have to display yellow piece of plastic even though i've been riding since i was 15 and who are they to tell me i cant ride old carburated 400cc zuki just because some pencil pusher came up with the arbitrary 250cc limit!
