buy a 2006 2 stroke 125. you can get an 06 kx125 for about 4 - 5k, and they have very good bottom end for a 2 stroke. it'll be the lightest by far, easiest to start if you get stuck and easiest to maintain
SHE LOOKED UP AT ME WITH BLOOD IN HER EYES
THEN HER SKIN FELL OFF
AND SHE PROMPTLY DIED
IT WAS EBOLA, LA LA LA EBOLA
It depends a lot on what sort of riding you do most of.
Kxf and rmz are so easy to stall, as are all those small 4t, gotta be on the clutch keeping the motor spinning in the tight stuff, they're tiring to ride.
Whenever you go out riding there's always someone kick, kick, kicking their 4t.
Good for mx but hard work otherwise.
the enduro version of the crf looks usable with electric start too, don't underestimate how much you'll love that when you're tired!
post 07 yzf is the best 250 4t. Grunty and light, only 93 kgs i think.
I always was a 4t 450 rider but i recently bought a 2t yz250 for a change and it's a pleasant suprise. a breath of fresh air, not for the poor bastards following me with lungfull of beastly 2t stink though!
DISCLAIMER. All of the above is my personal opinion and should not be taken seriously by anyone.
This looks well looked after.
