Apparently an S1000RR had a basic prep and was taken to the strip by some UK drag racers, and managed an 8.95 second pass. Nice

Very impressive! & a lot of money to spend on doing 8.95sec & nothing else....maybe a midnight run down the bomb bays would be better

Not to surprising for the mods done to it , most 1000cc bikes now adays with the same would do similar times .
