For those with POD knee braces

I have the older POD knee braces and I was having problems with them sliding down my legs when riding. Obvious solution was to tighten the straps up.. but then you have the issue of reduced circulation.

The refined solution is to cross the straps, ie cross the bottom strap with the top one, vice versa. This will make a cross on your calfs and thighs and solving the issue of them sliding down.

This this too may work on other knee braces, all I know is that it works on mine.

    Hope this helps.

Just a small review of the EVS WEBS

I have EVS WEBS , they where hard to get used to, first time i used them they where horrible infact.... had them done up wayyyy to tight and when i removed them my shins where bleeding from rubbing even :O I find doing the lower straps tighter and leaving the one above the knee (on your thigh) a bit loose to stop restricting movement. Also wear a material brace and long socks helps.. also that crossing the straps is a good idea

After getting them set up right they have been great, I wouldnt ride with out them
