Pretty sharp price for enduro wheels from T7.
They list a 21 x 1.6 / 18 x 2.15 set for the DRZ (400 I was told). For that price I am wondering if a Freewind would take DRZ wheels and also an 18" rear... (stock is 17). Starter for 10: what differences exist between DR and DRZ wheels (other than rim sizes)?
As said, Sand 2 is coming out, so Sand is on sale.
I have the Sand pants, not entirely happy with a dual liner for pants (bit cumbersome really), but I guess it does give maximum flexibility. Typical Rev'it gear really, no major surprises. It's pre the goretex range, so not THAT flash. Only annoyance I've had is some rough stitching on one knee armour insert. Take out the liners (summer) and the spot rubs on your skin, fucken sore over a few hours. Haven't figured out how to fix it (my standard answer of duct tape didn't stick)...
I've found the pockets on the hips, the zips constantly come undone by themselves, but I don't store anything in them. Got some nice vents on the thighs, but only really effective if you're standing. Waist is a catch and popper, doesn't come undone, and you have waist adjustment tabs, no problems there. I think of the goretex range (forget which) has issues with it coming undone.
PM Devil if you like, he has a Sand suit, also got turfed off the bike in it.

After disappearing for a long time... Torpedo7 puncture repair kits are back.
They only come with one large motorbike-sized patch, but $2 for one patch and a tube of glue is good value.
The road to hell is paved...
